Austin turns 21!!

In between vacations and lots of work, we found a night that we could celebrate Austin's birthday!! We had a delicious cake from Baskin Robbins and some sweet presents.

The pictures with the booze are a joke. We didn't give him booze for his birthday, but we did give him chocolate!! I can't believe my first baby is 21. It's amazing how fast it goes. Now he has a full time job and goes to college part time. What a great kid!! I love him tons!

Tending Ryder

In August I started tending Ryder once in a while when Rachelle worked. I love doing it and I get some quality time with him that I don't get when his favorite person (mommy!) is around. First thing we did was go to the store and buy some toddler friendly snacks and some summer clothes. They were on sale and I couldn't resist! I even went home and washed them so I could put a new one on him, like my own little doll! I bought them a little big, hoping that he could wear them next year, but he is growing like a weed!!

Snuggles and a nap

Getting ready for some grub! My kids wore that same bib.

Austin fed him (back when he liked baby food) and he loved it!

This is his favorite toy. It goes to a baby play center but he likes carrying around a big stick! He's also very interested in Mima's computer, but very sly about touching it.

This is one of my favorite pictures. Jake and Ryder, jammin.

Playing with the dogs and showing off his new helicopter shirt/shorts set!

More playing with Jake.
It's great times and I really love my grandson. I am also thrilled how great my kids are with him. They really adore him and love spending time with him!

Moab - Last day.

On the last day in Moab we rode our bikes to this park that had these instruments that you can play on.

It was pretty fun.

My sweet ride! I'm pretty sure Samantha was done. She was pretty tired.

After the park, Matt had to be on a business call while Sami, Daniel and I went shopping. We found this great little guitar store that had more pedals then I'd ever seen. Daniel chose a simple (and cheap) one! Whew!!

Moab - Dead horse Point!

On our last night there, we packed up Nate and Rani and they packed up a picnic, and headed to Dead horse point. We wanted to see the sunset from such a beautiful place.
Once we got off the freeway, Sami sat up with me, leaving more room in the back. Of course we took silly pics!

The Sites!!

Look closely, you'll see a deer.

Looking over the edge was a little nerve wracking for us "afraid of heights" folks.

Can you believe the view?

Me and Sami.

Sami texting or sending a pic. Rani, Nate and Miley.

Ahh............cute family photo! Who would know we had 6 six kids!

Pictures with my boys!

Setting up our picnic! Doesn't get any better then this!

Self portrait with the crowd eating in the background. Sami enjoying the delicious sandwiches.

Rani getting the food out. It was delicious!

Matt in his happy place with a beer and his hands in his pants! Whadda keeper! hehe Nate and Miley.
