On January 2nd, Matt and I decided to take our kids skiing. The only kids available that day were Jake, Sami and Daniel, so we headed up to Brighton to try out the snow. Sami and I signed up for a semi-private lesson to tune up our skills and help us become a little more confident on the hills. It was a great day, a little snowy and cold, but wonderful. Jake saw some friends of his and took a couple of runs and Matt and Daniel took a couple of runs together. Sami and I stayed on the pizza/fries slopes. Oh yeah!!
