It was a blog about running. Now it’s just a place to put my thoughts on my grandson (he’s perfect), being a flight nurse (yippee!), traveling and running. Hoping to throw down a 50 miler ultra before I’m too old.

Nah, you just need to race more. I always hurt more 2 days after a race. You should get out for a short jog tomorrow. Just 2-3 miles. You'll be fine. Hydrate well :)
Thanks! I went to Pilates today and plan an easy run tomorrow. I feel better already - getting those muscles moving!
