I can't move.

This was the first thing I thought this morning when I woke up. I have never been this sore after a race. Am I getting too old? Does pushing myself make that big of a difference? Wow.

I'm going to need more ibuprofen!


  1. No, not old. Just means you actually "raced" yesterday! So yeah, pop that ibuprofen like candy! (just kidding)

  2. Nah, you just need to race more. I always hurt more 2 days after a race. You should get out for a short jog tomorrow. Just 2-3 miles. You'll be fine. Hydrate well :)

  3. Thanks! I went to Pilates today and plan an easy run tomorrow. I feel better already - getting those muscles moving!
