Lack of post does not mean lack of Whole30 compliance. It means I've been working/flying and now I'm on my second shift in a row in the SICU. Boom.
I feel great and energetic. It's pretty easy to stick to it at this point, the cravings have all but disappeared. I'm able to go longer without feeling hungry when work gets busy.
I've prioritized getting some cooking done when I have time and although not time consuming I haven't had a lot of time. I've still managed some delicious eats!
