It was a blog about running. Now it’s just a place to put my thoughts on my grandson (he’s perfect), being a flight nurse (yippee!), traveling and running. Hoping to throw down a 50 miler ultra before I’m too old.
Can you tell by now, I'm catching up on blog reading!? :) I met Scott Jurek last year and was very impressed, but I still have to read his book. OOppss!!!
