Jake Update

Jake is doing quite well!! At this point he is in a different brace on the right knee, a much simpler one and continues to wear that complicated brace on the left. He is getting around with a cane, but uses a wheel chair if there is any large amount of walking involved.

OOP'S, don't pull the string!

Yeah, these braces are complicated.

We rigged Sami's shower with a handheld and threw in a white plastic outside chair.

Thanks to Uncle Jim for the use of a wheelchair. It has been nice to take Jake to the store. Gets him out and about.

Tomorrow we go back to the Orthopedic surgeon. Hopefully soon he will start physical therapy and really walking!
