Taken down by deli meat

What is wrong with this picture? I was starving after getting my braces off today and grabbed some deli meat at Target while I was running errands. First bite and I felt something in my mouth. Luckily my dentist squeezed me in for repair. I'm thrilled to have my braces off and horrified to have a cap fall out. One thing for sure - I'm still starving!

    oh no! All that pulling and poking getting those bands off of there probably loosened the cement on the crown. Glad they were able to get you in for repair quickly. (Sounds like we are talking about a car!)
